Man Faces Trial for Killing His Father and Recording the Crime.. Accused of Murder and Terrorism in Pennsylvania

Justin Moehn, a resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania, faced court last Monday on charges related to killing his father. He streamed a video of the crime online, urging others to rebel against the American government. The charges against him include murder, desecration of a corpse, and committing terrorist acts.
According to the indictment, Moehn shot his father, Michael F. Moehn, using a newly purchased handgun, then decapitated him with a kitchen knife and hatchet. He later posted a 14-minute video on YouTube showing the severed head, which remained online for hours before being taken down.
The newspaper "ABC" reported that Moehn was arrested on the same day after climbing a 6-meter fence at the National Guard headquarters in Fort Indiantown Gap. The District Attorney of Bucks County, Jennifer Schorn, confirmed that the accused attempted to recruit military personnel to overthrow the federal government.
A USB device containing images of government buildings and files with instructions for making explosives was found in his possession. His online posts and videos included anti-authority rhetoric, criticizing immigration and financial policies, as well as comments on the war in Ukraine.
In his defense, attorney Steven Jones stated that he does not expect the case to end with a plea deal.
The victim, Michael Moehn, worked as an engineer in the Environmental Geology Department of the US Army Corps of Engineers and served as a federal employee for 20 years. In the video posted by his son, he was described as a "traitor."
A previous session revealed a letter written by Justin Moehn to the Russian Ambassador to the United States, seeking asylum and apologizing to Russian President Vladimir Putin for previous claims attributed to him as being the "Czar of Russia."
The court continues to review the case amidst wide-ranging security and legal implications.
