Outrage in Egypt After the Killing of Young Man "Visa Holder" by Libyan Police

The killing of the Egyptian young man Salah Abdullah Al-Mahfouzi by Libyan police officers has sparked widespread outrage among the clans and tribes of Marsa Matrouh Governorate in northern Egypt. The angry reactions came after police raided the "Amsaid area" in eastern Libya a few days ago, resulting in the death of the young man who "entered Libya with an official visa".
In response to the incident, the Deputy Commander of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General Saad al-Hifter, ordered "the relevant authorities to open an immediate investigation into the incident." The Libyan military prosecution also acted immediately, as it "issued arrest orders against two police officers suspected of being involved in the incident to hear their statements and understand the circumstances of the incident".
The young man's body was first transferred to "Tobruk Hospital" before being returned to Egypt later.
This incident comes just days after another event that stirred public opinion, where another Egyptian young man was "terrorized by a lion" by a Libyan farm owner, who "documented the scene on video and promoted it on social media".
The "Office of the Attorney General in Libya" announced that the investigation results in that incident revealed that "the police apprehended the perpetrator and detained him pending investigation. The predatory animals that the Libyan young man was raising, along with his money, were also seized until the investigations are completed".
