Bayern Munich football team announced the fate of their veteran striker Thomas Muller, whose contract ends this season, today, Saturday, as he will leave the team after participating in the Club World Cup in the United States this summer. The German club stated on their website: "Bayern Munich and Thomas Muller, 35 years old, have decided to end their unique 25-year journey together, which has garnered 33 titles, this summer." Muller, born in Bavaria, joined Bayern Munich's academy at the age of 10 in the summer of 2000, excelled remarkably, made history at the club, won everything possible, and holds the record for the most appearances with 743 matches. The historic German champion will honor Muller's wonderful career, among other things, with a special tribute ceremony, and it has been agreed that the winner of the treble twice and World Cup champion will play his final matches with Bayern in the Club World Cup in the United States from June 15 to July 13.
