The withdrawal of the spiritual advisor of the "Druze Monotheists" from the national dialogue conference... and the reason!

The legal and advisory director of the spiritual presidency of the Druze Muslim Unitarians, lawyer Osama Al-Hajri, withdrew from attending the dialogue conference coinciding with the launch of its activities.
Al-Hajri posted on his Facebook account a comment on the ongoing conference in Damascus, saying, "I regret to inform you that most of the posts that talked about the conference did not actually talk about the conference, but rather about the representatives from the province, their evaluation, who chose them, their qualifications, whether they represent me or not, and what are their credentials."
He added through his post, "What saddens me, dear ones, is that I have not heard or read anyone talking about the conference! No one has looked into its importance, its program, its timing, its mechanisms, the rest of the Syrian components and their representation, the topics to be discussed, which have been announced, and no one has asked about its essence."
Al-Hajri continued his post, "Why this sudden mad rush to hold the conference, why one day only, preceded by a dinner invitation according to the agenda, and the next day their discussion will be for three and a half hours after a long wait, after 14 years of revolution, after 54 years of the rule of the fugitive charlatan, after his burnt executioner father."
He further stated, "They will meet in three hours in six committees with superficial general titles, far from the substantive items that were supposed to be reviewed, reported on, and recommended on, and they will read the final conference statement. Does it make sense, brothers, that you are preoccupied with the representatives and do not pay attention to the content of the conference?"
Al-Hajri concluded, "I am speaking to you now from my home; I have withdrawn from attending the conference because this conference, with its items, timing, style, topics, and speed, does not represent the needs of my people, nor does it represent the necessity and content of their demands. I wish success to the brothers who participated with good intentions, well-preparedness, and noble efforts."
The preparations for the national dialogue conference have sparked a lot of controversy among Syrians, with the majority of them seeing organizational and logistical errors in the preparatory dialogue sessions between the provinces.
It is worth mentioning that on Tuesday morning, the second day of the national dialogue conference began, which is considered the main day in the dialogue agenda after the first day was designated for dinner and acquaintance among the invitees.
