The French and Saudi Foreign Ministers expressed their concern about the events in Sweida, calling for respect for the ceasefire, and urging Iran to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency and resume nuclear negotiations.
The ministers also affirmed their support for the Lebanese authorities to implement urgent reforms and enhance the state's sovereignty.
They discussed holding an international conference to implement the two-state solution in New York from July 28 to 30.
The officials reiterated their support for Egyptian, Qatari, and American mediators to achieve a permanent ceasefire in Gaza, demanding Israel to stop obstructing the entry and distribution of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
