The Iranian Health Minister, Mohammadreza Zafarghandi, revealed today, Tuesday, that the death toll from the war that broke out 13 days ago with Israel has reached 606 martyrs and 5332 injured as of this morning.

He pointed out that 95% of the martyrs died under the rubble due to the bombing, while only 5% were martyred after being transferred to hospitals.

This came during the sixth meeting of the Crisis Management Committee at the Ministry of Health, held this morning in the presence of the First Vice President and members of the Health Committee in Parliament, where Zafarghandi said, "The last 24 hours have been the most intense since the beginning of the war, resulting in 1342 injuries and 107 martyrs due to the intensive Israeli bombing of civilian areas and vital facilities."

The minister also mentioned "the evacuation of three hospitals during the war to protect the patients", explaining that "Martyr Motahari Burn Hospital was completely evacuated due to the Israeli bombing that targeted the vicinity of Khatoon al-Anbia Hospital in Tehran".
