The Turkish Foreign Minister, Hakan Fidan, said today, Thursday, "We in Turkey continue our efforts to integrate Syria into the international community, and we are pleased to see that these efforts are beginning to bear fruit."

He added: "Pushing Syria towards chaos serves no one."

Fidan emphasized that the responsibility for the safety and security of all components of the Syrian people, including the Druze, lies with the central government in Damascus.

He pointed out that the Israeli attacks, lacking any legal justification, pose a significant threat to the stability of Syria.

Today, Minister Fidan is meeting with the Syrian Foreign Minister, Asaad al-Shaaban, and his American counterpart, Marco Rubio, in Antalya, to discuss the details of lifting US sanctions on Syria, improving relations between Damascus and Washington, and ways to build a strategic relationship.
