The Turkish Foreign Minister announced that Turkey does not want a confrontation with Israel in Syria. According to Reuters, the Turkish Foreign Minister stated that "Israeli attacks undermine the new Syrian government's ability to deter ISIS and other threats." The Foreign Minister added, "If Syria wants to reach certain understandings with Israel, that is their business." The Minister pointed out that "Israel's actions in Syria pave the way for future regional instability."
