The Quality Committee at the Syrian Bakeries Implements Intensive Monitoring Tours on Several Ovens in Damascus and Its Countryside

The tours also focused on verifying the commitment of the ovens to the approved standard specifications, in terms of weight, dough quality, and general cleanliness.
According to the General Administration of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, violations were recorded at some locations, and legal actions were taken against the violating ovens.
It is noteworthy that the campaign was carried out in coordination with the Directorate of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, as part of a joint monitoring plan to follow up on the bread production reality and ensure its safety and quality.
