President Bashar al-Assad received a congratulatory message from the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr. President Aliyev expressed, on behalf of himself and the Azerbaijani people, sincere congratulations to President al-Assad and the Syrian people on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, wishing President al-Assad good health, well-being, happiness, and success in his endeavors, and wishing the friendly Syrian people peace, security, stability, prosperity, and blessings.
