The friendly Al-Nasr Women's Volleyball Championship kicks off in Damascus.
The friendly volleyball tournament for women's teams of Al-Nasr Club kicked off today, Monday, April 21st, hosted by Al-Fayhaa Specialized Hall in the capital, Damascus.
Eight clubs are participating in the tournament, divided into two groups. The first group includes Al-Salamiyah Club, the reigning champion of the previous league, along with Muharda, Al-Joulan, and Salkhad clubs. The second group consists of Taldara, Sardam, Al-Arabi, and Deir Atiyah clubs.
The first round matches will be held over three days, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the next stage on Thursday, followed by the final match on Friday.
In the opening round today, Al-Joulan Club will play against Salkhad Club at 12:00 PM, followed by Al-Salamiyah Club facing Muharda Club at 2:00 PM, and the matches will conclude with a game between Taldara Club and Al-Arabi Club at 4:00 PM.
