The Departure of the Kuwaiti Politician and Journalist Ahmad Yusuf Al-Nafisi

Today, Monday, the journalist and former MP Ahmad Yusuf Al-Nafisi has passed away, leaving behind a long career during which he made clear marks in political, intellectual, and journalistic work.

Al-Nafisi was born in Kuwait and was elected as a member of the National Assembly in 1971 representing the sixth district (Qadisiyah) for the Kuwaiti Democratic Progressive Movement, where he was known for his bold positions and continuous defense of national issues.

He also served as the editor-in-chief of Al-Tali'a newspaper, through which he contributed to enriching the Kuwaiti journalistic and intellectual scene, leaving a professional and intellectual legacy that will remain present in the national memory for many years.
