The Arab League condemns the acts of violence and targeting of security forces in Syria.
According to "SANA," the General Secretariat of the League stated in today's statement, "The General Secretariat expresses its condemnation of the acts of violence, targeting of government security forces, rampant killings, as well as any external interventions aimed at fueling internal situations, threatening civil peace, and exacerbating the challenges facing Syria at the present stage."
The General Secretariat of the League added, "It is closely monitoring the security developments in the coastal region of Syria and the clashes that have occurred there with great concern."
The General Secretariat of the League emphasized that "these situations require a focus on policies and measures that enhance and fortify stability and civil peace to prevent any schemes seeking to destabilize Syria and undermine its recovery opportunities."
