Egyptian singer Tamer Ashour raised concern among his fans after appearing at his recent concert in Kuwait on Friday evening using a cane, walking very slowly throughout the event, prompting followers to share video clips expressing their worry for him.
On his official Instagram account, Ashour expressed his gratitude and love for his audience, saying: "It was a beautiful and powerful day, you were the best audience."
He also thanked the chairman of "Leila Omr" company, Abdelaziz Al Zaidi, for the amazing organization, his music team led by Maestro Saeed Kamal, the sound and lighting team, his management team, and everyone who attended and participated in the concert.
In addition, he extended his special thanks to the star Tamer Hosny's band for their kind feelings towards him, concluding: "Thank you from my heart."
This appearance follows Tamer Ashour's knee injury, a torn ACL, which required surgery followed by a period of physical therapy and complete rest as per doctors' recommendation.
Due to the injury, Ashour had to cancel all his artistic commitments recently, except for his last concert in Kuwait where he performed alongside Tamer Hosny, and his upcoming concert scheduled for June 24 as part of the Mawazine Festival.
Fans are closely monitoring Ashour's health condition, wishing him a speedy recovery and a strong comeback to the music scene.
