According to the statement, "Israeli aggressive actions in Syria have increased the challenges."
The representative condemned "the use of chemical weapons at any time and place," explaining that "we will open a new chapter with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons."
The representative indicated that they are "committed to getting rid of the burden of chemical weapons," noting that "sanctions pose a major obstacle to Syria's recovery."
