The Syrian women's national team will play against the Jordanian women's national team in the first round of the West Asian Women's Football Championship in Aqaba at 7:00 PM tomorrow. The Kuwait vs. Palestine match will precede it at 4:00 PM. According to the tournament schedule, Syria will play against Kuwait on Tuesday and against Palestine on Thursday at 4:00 PM, with the final match taking place on Saturday. Syrian national team coach Salim Jablawi stated, "The team had a short internal training camp of less than ten days, where we tried to enhance the technical, physical, and mental readiness of the players. We were racing against time and couldn't secure any internal or external friendly matches due to time constraints. We have full confidence in our players to give their best in the tournament, and our ambition is to win the title to bring joy to our people and elevate our flag in all international forums." Commenting on tomorrow's match, he added, "The Jordanian team plays at home in front of their fans and is one of the best participating teams. Matches against them in all female categories are characterized by competitiveness and equality. We hope to deliver a good performance and achieve a satisfying and ambitious result."
