Syrian Ministry of Interior Denies Deploying Forces in Al-Suwayda and Warns of Inaccurate News

The spokesman for the Syrian Ministry of Interior, Nour al-Din al-Baba, denied the validity of the circulating news about the entry of internal security forces into the province of Al-Suwayda, confirming that what was circulated by some agencies and media channels is "not accurate".

Al-Baba explained in a statement: "We confirm that no official statement has been issued in this regard, and we categorically deny the validity of what has been published, holding media outlets responsible for transmitting unreliable information".

He also pointed out that the ministry's forces are "in a normal state of readiness, without any movement or spread in the province so far", calling for verification of sources before publishing any news.
