The Syrian Arab Airlines has announced a temporary suspension of all its flights until further notice, due to the rapid developments and tensions in the region, emphasizing that the decision is made to ensure the safety of passengers and aircraft crews. The institution, in a statement posted on its official Facebook page, mentioned that the flight suspension will continue until the situation returns to normal and regional airspace stabilizes. In a related context, Syrian Airlines clarified that flight number RB444, which arrived yesterday evening from Istanbul, had its route changed to Aleppo International Airport instead of Damascus International Airport as a precautionary measure. To ensure passenger comfort, the company confirmed that special buses have been arranged to transport passengers from Aleppo Airport to Damascus city, aiming to mitigate the impact of the route change on travelers. This measure is part of a series of precautionary measures taken by official authorities in Syria to keep up with regional security developments, while efforts continue to ensure the safety and continuity of air transport according to the highest standards.
