Security Source: Reports of a Siege Imposed by Internal Security Forces on Sweida are False

A security source denied today, Thursday, the news about a siege imposed by the internal security forces on the city of Sweida.

In statements to the Syrian News Channel, the source said: "Reports talking about a siege imposed by the internal security forces on the city of Sweida are false."

The source also confirmed that the internal security forces continue to spread in the province of Sweida in the context of securing the roads and ensuring the arrival of aid to the residents.

He pointed out that the internal security forces are still carrying out their duty in maintaining stability and preventing violations of the ceasefire.
