Saudi Arabia condemns the repeated provocative actions of Ben Gvir and affirms that they fuel the conflict in the region

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the repeated provocative actions by Israeli government officials against the Al-Aqsa Mosque, affirming that these actions fuel the conflict in the region.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement expressing the Kingdom's condemnation in the strongest terms of "the repeated provocative actions by Israeli occupation government officials against the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque."
The Kingdom reiterated its continuous demand to the international community "to stop the actions of Israeli occupation officials that violate international laws and norms, which undermine peace efforts in the region."
This comes after Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir led settlers during the storming of the mosque courtyards, making provocative statements in which he called for the complete reoccupation of the Gaza Strip and the removal of Hamas elements from the area.
