Russia launches a heavy strike against Ukraine.

Moscow responded to what it called "terrorist acts" by the Kyiv regime, launching a heavy strike targeting design offices, military institutions, and its affiliated aircrew training centers.
A statement from the Russian Defense Ministry explained that these operations are in response to what Moscow deemed as "provocations" by the Ukrainian side, affirming that Russian forces will continue to carry out their tasks to "neutralize threats" they face. It also indicated that the precise strikes targeted locations that Russia holds responsible for planning and executing operations against Russian forces.
The ministry also announced in its weekly report on the progress of military operations that the losses of the Ukrainian armed forces in the area under the responsibility of the "North" forces group during the past week exceeded 1565 soldiers and 6 tanks, in addition to the destruction of several armored and artillery vehicles.
