The Rural Damascus Governorate, in cooperation with the local council in Tal City, launched today, Saturday, a service automation project in the city, funded by the community.
In statements to "SANA", Rural Damascus Governor Amer Al-Sheikh explained that the comprehensive project was implemented through a generous initiative by the residents of the city and under the supervision of the governorate.
According to the governor, the project helps increase transparency between citizens and employees, speeds up the execution of procedural transactions, and improves service quality.
