"SDF" in Damascus to Complete Negotiations of March 10 Agreement

As part of the completion of the March 10 agreement signed between Syrian President Ahmad al-Shara and the commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Mazloum Abdi,
Syrian media revealed that a delegation from (SDF) arrived in Damascus to hold a new round of talks with the Syrian government.
This round comes days after Damascus announced its withdrawal from negotiations scheduled in Paris, in protest against what it described as the outcomes of the Hasakah conference, which it considered a "blow to the negotiation efforts" and refused to participate in any external meetings with parties that it claims are seeking to "revive the era of the ousted regime".
A government source, speaking through Al Jazeera, called on the SDF to seriously engage in implementing the March 10 agreement and urged international mediators to ensure that Damascus is the only destination for any dialogue among Syrians, considering it the "legitimate and national address".
He emphasized that the government supports the right of Syrians to peaceful assembly and constructive dialogue at local and national levels, provided that this is within the framework of a unified national project that preserves the unity of Syria, land, and people, and that religious or ethnic groups conduct their political activities within national laws, away from carrying weapons or imposing specific visions on the form of the state.
