Today, Thursday, loading operations of two phosphate ships began at the port of Tartous in preparation for their export to Romania.

According to "SANA", Mazen Aloush, the Director of Local and International Relations at the General Authority for Land and Maritime Ports, explained that these two ships are the seventh and eighth to be exported, heading to Romania carrying 40,000 tons of phosphate.

Aloush emphasized that this step enhances Syria's phosphate exports and highlights the importance of the port of Tartous in supporting the local economy through the export of raw materials.
