The Ministry of Administrative Development organized a specialized training course titled "Data Analysis Using Artificial Intelligence", with the participation of employees from ministries and government institutions, at Al-Raid Center in Damascus over a period of three days.

The course, which lasted for 3 days with an average of 4-5 hours per day, aimed to develop the skills of government personnel in processing data using the latest artificial intelligence technologies, enhancing functional efficiency and supporting digital transformation.

Amer Barkat, an administrator at the center, emphasized that "the course aims to enhance the capabilities of employees in Syrian government institutions in analyzing artificial intelligence data and using it optimally in the professional context, reflecting on administrative performance efficiency".

On the other hand, trainer Hani Nuwaiya, specialized in data analysis and artificial intelligence, stated that "ministries rely on vast amounts of data, often dealt with using traditional methods", adding that the goal of the course is to "enhance training on using modern tools for data analysis and employing artificial intelligence to improve performance through data processing, file integration, and creating accurate interactive reports to aid decision-making".

The course received significant interaction from the attendees, as engineer Khawla Al-Roushan from the Ministry of Industry stated: "It is very useful, we learned how to use programs like Power BI to create professional reports, process data accurately and quickly, facilitating work within databases. In addition, the organization is excellent, and the trainers have extensive experience".

Similarly, Asmaa Al-Bahlawan from the Central Department of Financial Control affirmed that the course "contributes to restructuring work within institutions through precise data analysis, interactive error detection, and generating reports that aid in making sound and swift decisions".

Mohammed Al-Daif, Head of the Human Resources Department at the Ministry of Local Administration and Environment, considered this course as "a fundamental step in the digital transformation phase", pointing out that it "shed light on important topics that were not previously present in our minds, as well as helped solidify previous information and add new knowledge to keep pace with the current stage".
