Minister of Social Affairs: Urgent Entry of Part of Relief Aid to As-Suwayda

The Syrian Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Hind Kabawat, announced on Sunday the urgent entry of part of the relief aid to the As-Suwayda Governorate, in coordination with humanitarian organizations, in order to alleviate the suffering of the residents while the security situation stabilizes and allows the entry of the government delegation and the rest of the humanitarian aid.
In a statement to SANA agency, Minister Kabawat said, "The ministry is working to provide aid in cooperation with a number of partners, most notably the Syrian Arab Red Crescent and other humanitarian organizations."
She noted that the aid included basic food and medical supplies, in addition to broad logistical support aimed at enhancing response capabilities in the governorates of As-Suwayda and Daraa.
