Minister of Health discusses ways to enhance cooperation and coordinate efforts with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent

The Minister of Health, Dr. Mosab Al-Ali, discussed today, Thursday, with the President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization, Dr. Hazem Bakleh, and the accompanying delegation, ways to enhance cooperation and coordinate efforts in providing health and humanitarian services to the citizens in Syria.
The two sides discussed the importance of cooperation in the areas of emergency response, rehabilitation of health facilities, development of automation in the health sector as an essential part of the national health system, the necessity of coordination, transitioning to digital transformation, and improving health services.
Minister Al-Ali also emphasized the importance of raising the level of the emergency system and unifying it under the supervision of the ministry to achieve a rapid and advanced response reaching every household in Syria. He commended the resilience and credibility of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization and its supportive and assisting role to the ministry, confirming full readiness to provide the necessary support to the organization in all its needs for personnel and equipment.
In turn, Dr. Bakleh affirmed the organization's commitment to the vision set by the Ministry of Health, considering it a fundamental national partner in humanitarian and health work, with the primary goal of supporting the national health system.
