Meeting between Tribal Leaders and Internal Security Forces Commanders in Daraa and As-Suwayda

A broad meeting was held today, Saturday, at the municipal stadium in the city of Daraa, bringing together leaders from Syrian tribes, in the presence of the Governor of Daraa and the commanders of the internal security forces in Daraa and As-Suwayda.

Officials emphasized during the meeting the state's commitment to the ceasefire agreement and the necessity of enhancing civil peace, commending the role of tribes in maintaining security and stability.

The commander of the internal security forces in As-Suwayda also called on the tribes to withdraw from the front lines and allow the state to carry out its duties in maintaining security and enforcing the law.
