The Minister of Administrative Development, Mohammad Hassan Al-Sakaaf, received the Governor of Daraa, Anwar Taha Al-Zoubi, today, Friday. The two sides discussed during the meeting the steps to establish a sub-directorate for administrative development in the Daraa Governorate, aimed at supporting institutional reform efforts and enhancing the efficiency of government performance at the local level.

The meeting addressed ways to develop human resource employment systems, attract distinguished talents, and enhance human resource planning mechanisms to ensure their fair and effective distribution, through the new directorate to be established.

Minister Al-Sakaaf and Governor Al-Zoubi emphasized the importance of investing in human capital by organizing specialized training programs to develop the administrative and technical skills of employees in the public sector, as this plays a pivotal role in achieving sustainable institutional transformation.
