The Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in Latakia Governorate has announced the launch of the Population Census Project for the year 2025, in collaboration with local committees, community groups, and local teams, aiming to provide essential data that will support developmental and service projects in the region.

The Directorate encourages the residents of the governorate to fully cooperate with the participating teams, as they will be granted an official approval stamped by the Directorate, as part of its efforts to ensure high quality in the population census process and data accuracy.

The Population Census Project for the year 2025 in Latakia Governorate is considered the core nucleus that will be relied upon in planning and implementing future programs and projects, with the goal of serving the local community and achieving sustainable development. This project is expected to play a vital role in mapping an accurate picture of the population and their needs, enhancing efforts towards comprehensive development in the region.

The launch of the Population Census Project is under the supervision of the Director of Social Affairs and Labor, with a precise timeline set for data collection and analysis, aiming to ensure the success of this vital task that will contribute to enhancing strategic planning and improving services provided to the community.
