Syrian-Jordanian Joint Committee for Enhancing Economic and Trade Cooperation Kicks Off in Amman

The joint economic and trade technical committee between Syria and Jordan began its work today, Monday, July 14, in the Jordanian capital, Amman. The committee is chaired by the Syrian Deputy Minister of Economy and Industry, Engineer Bassel Abdel Hana, and the Secretary-General of the Jordanian Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Supply, Dana Al-Zu'bi.
During the opening speeches, both sides emphasized "the keenness of both countries to enhance economic and trade cooperation, and to overcome obstacles to the development of bilateral relations in a way that serves common interests", emphasizing "the importance of expanding the partnership to positively impact the industrial, trade, and investment sectors in both countries".
This meeting is part of a series of ongoing meetings between the two countries, within the framework of joint efforts to enhance cooperation in various economic fields, contributing to driving growth and development.
