The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its condemnation of the Israeli attacks on Syria in a statement and emphasized the need to calm the situation in the governorate of Sweida in southern Syria.

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry said in a statement on the "X" platform: "Kuwait welcomes the announcement by the government of the Syrian Arab Republic to cease fire in the city of Sweida in southern Syria. We emphasize the need to calm the situation and take all measures to prevent the shedding of the blood of the Syrian people".

It added: "Kuwait expresses its strong condemnation and denunciation of the blatant Israeli aggressions on the territories of the Syrian Arab Republic", noting that "these attacks represent a continuation of violations of international law and the United Nations Charter".

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry called on "the international community and the Security Council to fulfill their responsibilities to deter such violations and put an end to them in order to preserve the security of the region".

The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry further stated: "Kuwait affirms its standing with the brothers in the Syrian Arab Republic to preserve its security and stability".
