Iraq: Armed Clashes Erupt Following Dispute Over Administrative Position in Ministry

Today, Sunday, witnessed armed clashes in the southern area of Baghdad as a result of a dispute between a new general manager in one of the departments of the Ministry of Agriculture and his predecessor who refused to hand over the position.
