The Internal Security leadership in Idlib province, today Tuesday, was able to carry out a security operation, through which Colonel Ziad Kokash, involved in war crimes and violations against Syrians, was arrested and referred to the competent judiciary to take the necessary legal actions against him.
It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned Ziad worked since the beginning of the Syrian revolution on suppressing protesters, and later moved to take over important checkpoints at the entrances of Hama province, until he was retired in 2016. After that, he continued his criminal career by volunteering in the ranks of Brigade 25, affiliated with Suheil al-Hassan known for his crimes against the Syrian people. He also participated in organizing military campaigns targeting rebellious areas.
