Internal security arrests a former client of the political security in Latakia.

The Internal Security in Latakia province managed today, Saturday, to arrest a former agent of the political security in Latakia. The Syrian Ministry of Interior stated on its Telegram channel, "The Internal Security leadership in Latakia province arrested the individual named 'Mazen Qarah Jannah,' a former agent of the political security branch in Latakia, known as branch (223)." It was added, "His involvement in preparing security and military reports during his presence in the liberated areas before the fall of the former regime has been proven, which contributed to the targeting of civilians and military personnel by the forces of the former regime at that time." The ministry confirmed that he has been referred to the competent judiciary to take legal actions against him.
