The Syrian military media confirmed that the airstrikes included the missile battalion near Mothbeen and the 41st Brigade in the vicinity of Harasta military hospital in the countryside of Damascus. This escalation comes at a sensitive time, as the Druze Sheikh of the Druze community, Hamoud Al-Hanawi, stated that Israeli statements regarding "Syrian Druze" are an international matter unrelated to them, indicating that Israel seeks to exploit the Syrian crisis for its own goals.
