Idlib Health: 7 Killed and 100 Injured in Explosion at an Ammunition Warehouse in Idlib Countryside

Seven people were killed and more than 100 others were injured, in a preliminary toll on Thursday, following an explosion at an ammunition warehouse near Maarat Misrin city in Idlib countryside.
According to the Idlib Health Director, Samer Arabi, the surrounding residential camp gatherings were affected by the explosion, leading to a large number of injuries, distributed across several health centers in the area:
71 at Maarat Misrin Hospital.
26 injured at Idlib University Hospital.
6 injuries at the Clinics Hospital.
3 injuries at Shifa Hospital.
In addition, the Syrian Civil Defense (White Helmets) reported that 6 of its technical staff working at its sewing facility in the area were injured as a result of the explosion.
Reports mentioned that Maarat Misrin area witnessed consecutive explosions, amid the dense presence of civil defense teams and ambulance crews, who transferred the injured to nearby hospitals.
