The Governor of the Central Bank of Syria: The Development Fund Represents a "Historic Opportunity"

The Governor of the Central Bank of Syria, Abdul Qadir Al-Hasriya, confirmed that the Syrian Development Fund, launched under the patronage of President Ahmad Al-Shara, represents a "historic opportunity to rebuild what was destroyed by the fallen regime and transform Syria into a prosperous green state."
This was stated in a post on his official account on the "LinkedIn" platform, where Al-Hasriya clarified that "the Syrian Development Fund will contribute to healing Syria's wounds and rebuilding it with the help of the Syrian people, and returning the displaced and refugees to their homeland."
Al-Hasriya announced the Central Bank's readiness to support the fund's mission, stating: "The Central Bank is ready to support the fund's mission by enhancing confidence in the financial system, ensuring monetary stability, and developing a strong, transparent, and flexible banking environment." He pointed out that "this cooperation between development initiatives and financial institutions can create the conditions for sustainable and comprehensive reconstruction throughout Syria."
It is noteworthy that the Syrian Development Fund was launched yesterday during an official ceremony at the Citadel of Damascus, as part of a comprehensive national plan aimed at reconstruction and sustainable development after the challenges faced by the country in recent years.
