Fatalities and injuries in an attack by "outlaw elements" on public security in "Bait Aana" in Latakia.

Security source in Latakia confirmed that "unlawful groups are targeting elements and vehicles of the Ministry of Defense near the town of Beit Anan in the countryside of Latakia, resulting in the martyrdom of one element and the injury of others in a preliminary toll."

The security source, according to "SANA," pointed out that "unlawful groups also targeted ambulances trying to evacuate the wounded near the town of Beit Anan in the countryside of Latakia."

The security source further stated that "after bringing in security reinforcements to the area, unlawful groups positioned themselves within the town of Beit Anan and began directly targeting our forces."

The source concluded that "we will take all necessary measures to hold the criminals accountable and deal firmly with those who target Syria's security."

It is worth mentioning that the exact number of deaths and injuries has not been determined accurately so far.
