Dubai strengthens its position as a global fashion hub

Dubai has strengthened its position as a global fashion hub, hosting high-profile events that attracted celebrities and international designers. In June, the Italian fashion house “Zegna” held its first fashion show outside Italy at “Dubai Opera” to showcase its Summer 2026 collection.
During this week, both “Prada” and “Hermès” and “Zegna” announced achieving double-digit growth in their sales in the region. Prada's revenues in the Middle East rose by 26% during the first half of the year, reaching 137 million euros (156 million dollars), more than doubling the growth rates in the Americas, which stood at 12%, and in Asia and the Pacific at 10%.
