Daraa Governorate: Security Campaign in Al-Lajat Following Armed Clashes

The Internal Security Forces in Daraa carried out a security campaign today, Saturday, in several villages and towns in the Al-Lajat area north of the city of Izra in Daraa Governorate, which included Al-Buq'a, Al-Malzuma, Warad, and Maawiya.
Daraa Governorate mentioned via Telegram that the campaign came in response to the clashes that recently occurred in the area, where the units combed suspected houses and seized quantities of weapons and ammunition.
According to the governorate, the operation resulted in the arrest of four individuals suspected of involvement in the events, and they were referred to the judiciary according to the procedures, as part of efforts to enhance security and stability and pursue those fleeing from justice.
