The Director of Electronic Payment Department at the Commercial Bank of Syria, "Waseem Alian," revealed that the bank has increased the withdrawal limit through its ATMs to 500,000 Syrian Pounds once a week.
Alian explained in a statement to SANA that "the mentioned amount can be withdrawn in one day after the daily withdrawal limit was 200,000 pounds, in addition to the possibility of withdrawing 500,000 pounds through POS machines with the option of requesting a cash withdrawal of up to one million pounds through branches."
