Badria Talba files a lawsuit against those spreading rumors of "killing her husband and organ trafficking"

The artist Badria Talba announced her intention to sue the parties behind the rumors that recently spread about her being accused of killing her late husband and trafficking his organs, during a live broadcast on her "Facebook" page on Tuesday.
Talba described those behind these allegations as "sick," affirming that these rumors have negatively affected her reputation and her family's life. She said: "They spread rumors about my arrest on charges of killing my late husband and selling his organs. They think it's my turn after Wafa Amer."
She added in her statements: "I am here in my home, and I am indeed suing the woman behind this strange rumor," pointing out that smear campaigns are targeting her through social media. She also confirmed that she will not relent in pursuing anyone who has wronged her, especially since these allegations have harmed her artistic reputation, saying: "My fans' right compels me to defend myself against these rumors."
Badria Talba's reaction comes days after the artist Wafa Amer faced a similar attack, where she was falsely accused of being involved in the death of former football player Ibrahim Sheka and trafficking his organs. Amer denied those allegations, expressing her discontent with the circulation of such false news.
Talba concluded her statements by affirming her commitment to continue legal actions against anyone involved in spreading these rumors, in order to preserve her dignity and artistic reputation.
