The Governor of Aleppo discusses with a Turkish delegation mechanisms of cooperation.

The Governor of Aleppo, Engineer Azzam Al-Gharib, discussed with an official Turkish delegation led by the Turkish Deputy Minister of Interior, "Munir Karal" Oglu, the mechanisms of cooperation in various fields.

The Aleppo Governorate, through its Telegram channel, stated that the two sides discussed ways of cooperation between Syrian and Turkish institutions to improve the industrial and commercial environment, simplify procedures, enhance investment, as well as mechanisms for organizing the voluntary return of Syrians from Turkey, facilitating their registration procedures, unifying the administrative system in Aleppo Governorate, and solving civil registry and legal restrictions issues.

The meeting also addressed cooperation in supporting developmental and service projects, reconstruction, based on an integrated vision that includes returning displaced persons and refugees.

The Turkish delegation included the Governor of Kilis, the Turkish Consul in Aleppo, as well as representatives from the Immigration Department, the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), Special Forces, Security, and Intelligence.
