The leader in the Movement of Dignity Men, Sheikh Laith Al-Balous, affirmed today, Wednesday, the necessity of working according to a pure Syrian agenda that serves Syrians and builds a state of justice and law, emphasizing that national reconciliation and comprehensive dialogue are the way out of the crisis and the protection of Syria.
During a call with Al-Arabiya channel, Al-Balous called for rejecting sectarianism and strife, and replacing the language of hatred with the language of dialogue and cooperation, praising the efforts of the Syrian government to help the people of Al-Suwayda and provide all facilities to accommodate displaced families.
Al-Balous also explained that the destruction inflicted on the province by armed groups outside the law has rendered most neighborhoods out of service and unfit for habitation, pointing out coordination with the governor of Al-Suwayda and officials in the Syrian state to rebuild and return residents to their homes.
Al-Balous emphasized that the Movement of Dignity Men is present in the province of Al-Suwayda to directly oversee the unfortunate conditions that have affected the province, and that there are parties keen on fueling strife by spreading false news promoted by individuals linked to external parties who had previous relations with the defunct regime, confirming that the Movement of Dignity Men will not allow dragging Al-Suwayda into the vortex of chaos.
Al-Balous praised the former president of the Progressive Socialist Party in Lebanon, Walid Jumblatt's stance towards the crisis in Al-Suwayda, which supports the unity and sovereignty of Syria, rejects division, and any suspicious external projects.
