On Thursday, April 3, the Israeli occupation army distributed leaflets in the village of Kuwaya in the western countryside of Daraa, warning residents about movements in the area. The leaflets stated, "To the residents of Kuwaya village and the area, we want to inform you, after what happened in your village, that you are prohibited from carrying weapons in the village area and its surroundings." The leaflets also emphasized a "ban on crossing the Wadi/Sharia road towards the Yarmouk Basin area," warning that "those who do not comply with these instructions will face consequences for non-compliance," allegedly to maintain what they described as "order." Aerial bombardment by "Israeli" forces on Wednesday night, April 2, in the Harsh al-Jabilia area west of the city of Nawa, resulted in the martyrdom of 9 civilians, in a new escalation targeting southern areas. Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of intense airstrikes targeting military sites in the capital Damascus, in addition to 15 airstrikes on Hama province, leading to consecutive explosions and causing panic among civilians in those areas. It is worth noting that in recent months, Syria has witnessed a significant "Israeli" escalation, with Israeli warplanes targeting sites, coinciding with continued Israeli ground incursions in the countryside of Daraa and Quneitra.
