Guinness World Records honored the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo on Sunday, March 23, after achieving a new historic milestone by securing the highest number of international victories in the history of football, with a total of 132 wins with the Portuguese national team since his international debut in 2003 until 2025.
Ronaldo, known as the "Madeira Rocket," aged 40, was honored before his country's match against Denmark in the UEFA Nations League quarter-final second leg at the "José Alvalade" stadium in the Portuguese capital, Lisbon, amidst applause from the fans and his teammates.
