Russian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today, Friday, that Russia is doing its utmost to ensure that the proposed talks in Istanbul on the second of June do not yield any results. He added in a post on the "X" platform, "For any meeting to be meaningful, its agenda must be clear, and appropriate preparations for negotiations must be made. It is regrettable that Russia is doing everything in its power to ensure that the potential upcoming meeting does not yield any results." Ukraine demands that Moscow present its peace memorandum before the talks.
