The Ukrainian Presidential Press Office revealed details of President Volodymyr Zelensky and his family's income in 2024, uncovering surprises related to his financial assets during the war period. The family's total income was around 15.2 million hryvnias, equivalent to approximately 365,000 US dollars. Nearly half of this income came from selling government bonds, while the remaining amount included the president's salary, as well as bank returns and revenues from renting their own properties. Amid increasing pressure on the Ukrainian leadership due to the ongoing war, the Press Office reported that Zelensky's family cash balance remained largely stable by the end of 2024, without disclosing the exact figure. Zelensky, known in the past as an actor, film producer, and screenwriter, has amassed a fortune estimated in millions of dollars, although specific details remain mysterious. Additionally, the "Ukrinform" news agency revealed that Zelensky's children, Oleksandra and Kyrylo, are still in Ukraine amidst the current circumstances. According to the president himself, he follows his own "5 + 5" program to allocate limited time with his family, ensuring to spend five minutes together in the morning and another five in the evening, attempting to balance his presidential duties and family relationship under the exceptional circumstances Ukraine is facing.
