Zelensky Accuses Russia of Recruiting Foreign Fighters and Describes Them as 'Mercenaries'

Earlier, Zelensky accused Russia of recruiting Chinese fighters in its war against Ukraine, while Beijing denies these accusations. North Korea has also deployed thousands of its soldiers in the Russian Kursk region.
Following a visit to a frontline area in Kharkiv in the northeast of the country, Zelensky stated via 'X': ' We talked with the leaders about the situation on the front line and the defense of Vovchansk and the dynamics of the battles'.
The Ukrainian president added: 'Our warriors in this sector report the involvement of mercenaries from China, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, and African countries in the war. We will respond to that'.
